The shirt is a modified t-shirt, the pants and hood are made of a stretch knit, the hood can't be worn up with the wig (which is canon) but also includes a sewn-in crown for the prince design. The arm warmers are actually made of the same t-shirt material as the shirt and the design is hand-painted. The pants are gathered into the waist and leg bands to give a poof. I would have liked to have used a stiffer fabric, but sadly I was on a time crunch and I had to prioritize color accuracy over fabric accuracy.

This costume was incredibly fun for me and done with a large Alpha god tier group for Katsucon 2013!
