I love Luke in his all black Jedi Knight costume. Not to mention the battle over the Scarlacc is my favorite scene. The top is a black karate gi with the sleeves cut off. Under it is a body armor shirt, a woman's belt, black pants, and my Batman boots. I wore one glove, and I have two different lightsabers. One generic, the other is his weapon from Jedi. UPDATE: I got a sweater from Geek hoodies that looks more like Luke's tunic top. So I got an FX Black series lightsaber that lights up and makes noise. Also found a film accurate jack. I use a belt with a metal buckle and added an ammo pouch.
