Top and pants made form a white stretch knit. Boot armor, belt, and pouches made from off-white vinyl. Cape made from white a long haired fluffy fleece. Arm bands are painted craft foam, glued to an elastic band underneath. Blaster is an original 90s squirt gun, re-painted. Hair is my own.
